Oktober 2020 hat Dennis Tiegs die Position des Chief Operations Officer (COO) für die A+W Business Unit A+W Clarity übernommen.* **![Neuer COO für den Bereich A+W Clarity](https://blog.a-w.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Dennis_Portr%C3%A4t_1_verkl.jpg?width=212&name=Dennis_Portr%C3%A4t_1_verkl.jpg)** A+W Clarity ist der Geschäftsbereich ‚Software für Glas‘ bei A+W. Gleichzeitig wird Dennis Tiegs Mitglied des A+W Executive Management-Teams und berichtet direkt an A+W-CEO Peter Dixen. Dennis Tiegs bekleidete in dem führenden Unternehmen für Flachglas-Software zuletzt die Position des COO Global Accounts in der Business Unit A+W Clarity. Hier war er für die kaufmännische und technische Betreuung internationaler Firmengruppen verantwortlich. Damit bringt der 35-jährige Manager einen reichen Erfahrungsschatz in der Kundenbetreuung mit. Dennis Tiegs trat 2007 in das Unternehmen ein und verfügt über profunde Kenntnis der A+W Software-Systeme– beste Voraussetzungen für seine neue Führungsposition. Künftig will er sich neben der Bestandskundenbetreuung und der ganzheitlichen Weiterentwicklung der A+W Clarity-Software vor allem dem Bereich neuer und skalierbarer Automatisierungskonzepte widmen. Dennis Tiegs lebt mit seiner Lebensgefährtin und vier Kindern in der Region. Der frisch gebackene COO sieht den Geschäftsbereich A+W Clarity auf einem guten Weg. „Ich freue mich darauf“, erklärt er, „gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und Mitarbeitern die A+W-Glassoftware strategisch auf zukünftige Anforderungen auszurichten und die Digitalisierung in der Branche konsequent voranzutreiben. Es ist mein oberstes Ziel, die A+W-Kunden in die Welt von Glasindustrie 4.0 zu begleiten und damit noch erfolgreicher zu machen“.
