Juni 2019 *242 Präsentationen und interessante Messestände erwarten die Besucher der diesjährigen GPD. Natürlich wird A+W als GPD-Sponsor ebenfalls vor Ort sein. Bei zwei Präsentationen, eine davon gemeinsam mit dem VDMA, geht es um neue Lösungen zum Internet of Things und eine Initiative zur Standardisierung von Maschinenschnittstellen. Außerdem präsentieren wir unsere aktuelle Produktgeneration auf einem Messestand.* ### Track and Trace mit modernster IoT-Technologie Wissen Sie, welche Daten in Ihrer Fertigung verfügbar sind? Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit waren wir damit zufrieden, zu wissen, welche Scheiben sich auf einem Rack befinden, und wir waren erfreut, über durchgängige ERP- und PPS-Daten zu verfügen. Heutzutage benötigen wir mehr Daten, um die Qualitätsanforderungen zu erfüllen oder Möglichkeiten zur Vermeidung von Verschwendung und zur Verbesserung der Maschinenleistung zu identifizieren. Mit A+W IOT – Smart Trace können Sie schon heute Daten von verschiedenen Sensoren, Scannern, Maschinen und Softwaresystemen aufzunehmen und speichern. Dazu werden die Informationen mit Metadaten angereichert (wann, wo, durch wen unter welchen Rahmenbedingungenerzeugt und versendet) und in einem zentralen Datenspeicher revisionssicher abgelegt. Informationen zu Temperaturen, erkannten Qualitätsmerkmalen und Buchungszeitstempel können dabei ebenso protokolliert werden wie manuelle Eingaben durch einen Anwender. Die A+W-Entwicklerin Sarah Kugler wird zu dazu am 28.06. in der Session „Smart Technology“ eine Präsentation halten. Digital vernetzte Maschinen sorgen für höhere Effizienz und Prozesssicherheit und ermöglichen die Auswertung und Nutzung von immer mehr digitalen Daten. Da aber die meisten Unternehmen mit einer heterogenen Maschinenumgebung arbeiten, müssen zurzeit noch sehr viele individuelle Schnittstellen zur Kommunikation zwischen den Maschinen sowie von den Maschinen zu den MES- und ERP-Systemen entwickelt werden. Dies führt zu zusätzlichen Kosten und Risiken während der Inbetriebnahme. Der VDMA-Arbeitskreis "Standardisierte Schnittstellen in der Glasindustrie" arbeitet zusammen mit Vertretern aus der Industrie an gemeinsamen Regeln. Dazu wird es bei den GPD einen gemeinsamen Vortrag von Dipl.-Ing. Gesine Bergmann (VDMA) und Dr. Klaus Mühlhans (A+W) geben.
