A+W Software is excited to announce the hiring of Ms. Jennifer Armatis as we continue to build our project management team. Ms. Armatis joins the team as a Project Manager for our A+W Clarity (glass) customers.
“I am fortunate to have the opportunity to join the A+W Software team,” said Jennifer Armatis. “I look forward to helping A+W support our customers during their journey while also continuing to deliver a high level of customer service, building on a decade of project management experience. A+W is a well-established name in the glass industry, I am delighted to learn and grow with a company possessing so much potential.”
Before joining A+W, Ms. Armatis gained experience across various industries, including manufacturing with companies like John Deere and Würth, as well as government, education, and IT consulting. She has also implemented SAP, Epicor, and several Oracle-based ERP solutions. Her knowledge and years of experience in project management allow her to solve issues, so “that our customer’s business impact is minimized.” Her passion for managing projects and guiding customers along the journey is demonstrated in her attitude as a “project management nerd because software is such a dynamic, growing aspect of everyday life for companies and people.” When not working with customers, Jennifer spends time with her family, including her five wonderful grandkids, and planning vacations.
In her new position at A+W Software, Jennifer is joining a growing team of Project Managers as we aim to support our A+W Cantor & Clarity customers. Jennifer’s training allows her to learn the glass industry and guide our Professional Service team members from start to finish in the implementation of new software solutions, whether that is a simple IG Line or onboarding a new customer.
